My name is Tammy. I was born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I am currently a senior in college majoring in Communication & PR at Drexel Univeristy.
Chanpagne & Tea is a fashion and lifestyle blog created in November 2016, aspiring to provide the latest information on fashion trends news and features, outfit inspirations, styling tips, as well as personal recommendations on remarkable restaurants and sites in Center Philadelphia and Taiwan.
The word "Chanpagne" is spelled with an 'N' instead of a 'M' because Chan is my last name and I love champagne. Brilliant, I know. If the obsession of champagne is the one thing you need to know about me, then you should know tea is my other obsession. Matcha, Green tea, Earl Grey, sweet fruit tea, and so forth. I could keep naming them all day. Champagne and tea on a bigger scale symbolize my cultural background - the mixture of Western and Eastern cultures. I'm a proud Taiwanese citizen who loves our traditions and food. Needless to say, I respect and continue to learn from the American culture.
I started Chanpagne & Tea because I wanted to enjoy fashion on a deeper level and pursue it as my career. Enjoy what you do and work hard for what you love, most importantly, never be afraid to explore your passions because you don't know what you're capable of until you try it.
